Woking have signed Fulham striker Olly Sanderson for the 2025/26 season.

What happened?

Sanderson links up with the Cardinals after spending last season on loan in League Two. He played for Bradford City and Harrogate Town.

Why it matters for Woking

Woking Director of Football Jody Brown contacted Fulham for Olly's availability in November last year. Brown said: “We then enquired again in May this year, but as you’d expect when you set the bar high, other clubs were interested in him.” Sanderson has EFL experience and fits the profile Woking wanted.

What comes next?

Woking's National League campaign starts against Carlisle United on Saturday. Their recent form is LWDWD. | Stat | Value | | --- | --- | | League standing | 10th in England National League | | Points | 63 pts | | Record | 16W-15D-15L from 46 games | | Last result | Woking 0-1 FC Halifax Town (2026-04-25) | And with Sanderson on board, Woking are looking to improve their standings. So the new season is shaping up to be an exciting one for the Cardinals.
